Awarded ISO 14001: 1996 in 2004 demonstrates our total and on going commitment to the environment, our products, staff and customers.
We strive to protect the environment, by prevented pollution to the land, water and air from any adverse effects of our solid, liquid or gaseous discharges as well as the conservation of the resources we use in our processes.
The recent introduction of a new range of water based foam coated gloves clearly shows that we are not willing to use harmful solvents such as Di methyl formamide that does damage the environment and is known to damage the health of people who are exposed to such solvents.

We at John Ward Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd. are committed to protect and continually improve our surrounding environment, in carrying out our daily activities.
We are conscious of our immediate neighbourhood and are committed, from product design stage onwards, to preventation of pollution of the land, water and air from adverse effects of our solid, liquid and gaseous discharges as well as conservation of resources we use for our processes.
We shall improve our facilities, processes, products and awareness of our employees and stakeholders continually with respect and commitment to the legal, regulatory and other requirements to attain a final goal of green environment.
These commitments shall be reinforced through an ISO 14001: 1996 based Environmental Management System and identifying and reviewing our environmental objectives, targets and management programmes focussed on effluent water treatment and conservation of resources.
