Foam Technology - Glove Range
|
|
The latest products of this family are MaxiFit*, MaxiGard Foam*,
and ZorMax Foam* which was Launched at the A & A Exhibition in
October 2005. The first launched prior to the above was at the A & A Exhibition in 2003, Maxiflex and Maxicool produced by a unique patented* process are proving to be ideal alternatives to many gloves, such as
polyurethane, cotton, light leather, string knits, canas, polka
dots, vinyl and many others.
This unique technology gives a coating that is super light, breathable, comfortable, flexible, and durable with exceptional mechanical performance levels giving a superb fitting glove that allows intricate and delicate tasks to be carried out with ease.
This unique Micro Foam Technology does not involve the use of any toxic solvents such as Di methyl formamide (DMF) or Tetra hydra furan (THF).
These solvents are used in the production of traditional polyurethane gloves which due to the process cause the solution of polyurethane to totally penetrate the inside of the glove which when worn creates excessive perspiration and skin irritation.
Maxiflex and Maxicool are produced by a water-based process and are washed several times to remove all residues and as the coating is breathable, this significantly reduces heat build up and perspiration.
They are SILICONE and LINT FREE and are approved for food handling*.
(* Patent Number 2400051)
(* with the exception of Maxiflex Plus)
